Please note that due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage pieces, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order has been placed and processed.

 

All of our items, unless clearly stated otherwise, are vintage and therefore pre-loved. They may show signs of wear consistent with their age. We strongly advise that you carefully review all images, descriptions, and measurements before making a purchase.

 

We are not responsible for packages that are refused at delivery, or that are not accepted at the shipping address provided. Any such instances are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or cancellations under any circumstances.

 

Please also note: we cannot change shipping addresses after an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all address details are correct. If you wish to redirect a shipment after dispatch, please contact the courier (e.g., DHL Express) directly using your tracking number.

 

Authenticity is 100% guaranteed. We inspect every item with care and list all known flaws.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, you must contact us at info@cultzhuntz.com within 2 business days of receiving the parcel. Requests submitted after this period may not fall under our quality review.
